"Very bad service, we had to wait 3 hours for the car to be returned to us in Airport"

"I really wanted to provide an honest and fair review, but could not proceed without giving at least 1 star. If I could have there would be zero stars! This was an awful experience. At car drop off, I had to wait at least 40 minutes, despite calling at the appropriate time. At car pick up, I had to wait an 1 hour 20 minutes. In fact I had to convince them I was scheduled to return that day, as initially they said I was a day early! Very poor customer services, very rude people, they didn't even pay the car exit fee (although they said they had), and I had to pay to exit. One of the drivers didn't even speak English. This was the worst service I have ever experienced - ever, and I would avoid them at all cost! I doubt they have the resources to run the business (if you can call it that) effectively, and it might be a one man show! This wasn't a good park and fly experience at all; it was rather a horrible park and CRY nightmare. I forgot to mention that it seemed like my car had been used to go on a safari! On pick up it was very dirty and the tires were very muddy! Very muddy experience. "

"We were led to believe we would be dropping the car off in the short stay car park as we have done on previous occasions when using the Meet n Greet service, but were told to go to the Departures Drop off point and met the driver there. The same arrangement occurred on the way back and we had to stand on the kerbside waiting for the car and potentially running the risk of getting a fine. Not the best service we have used I'm afraid. "

"On arrival we were told not to go in the car park but park at departures and driver would meet us. Waited 20 mins, eventually driver arrived, then we had to go into the car park because the wardens were there and this was just to avoid you having to pay the car park. Return was terrible, we phoned on landing and again on baggage reclaim. We then had to wait an hour for our car outside terminal 3. We made several phone calls, kept being told we would be called back, nothing!!! Eventually after 5o mins waiting I was told the car in front in the compound wouldn't start!! Terrible service. We paid for meet and greet, this never happened. Also we were assured that the manager would call us back yesterday as the service was unacceptable. Guess what, no call!!! We would like a call and explanation of what can be done as we did not receive the service we paid for."

"Thank you for the review page as it saves me time trying to find customer service. The whole experience for my guests was very dissapointing to say the least. I have used Park n Fly at many airports and your service was by far the worst. Upon arrival all the info sent with the booking was inncorrect and at the airport it was very dis-organised and stressful for my two guests in seperate vehicles, none of your staff had company ID and none were identiable with your company. After confusion the vehicles were left with the drivers in the hope that upon return it would be better, wrong! Both my guest called your company after collecting there bags and then another further six calls, which have been logged, and eventually after an hour both vehicles turned up. One vehicle was extremely dirty with mud on the outside and the footwell was also muddy and this vehicle had a very bad aroma of curry, the other vehicle was returned better but the service was poor,very poor and I would not recommend this at present to anyone. I will await a response before putting a review on Trip adviser. Martin HIll"

"Simple park and fly always give first class service; I called the representative with short notice to change flight time in dropping my car off, I was impressed with the quick response. Thanks, Guys. "

"When we phoned to arrange collection on arrival the instructions given were unclear and different to those printed out on confirmation email. Person answering phone was difficult to understand and not particularly friendly or helpful. Again on return instructions to collect differed from printed ones and we were told to get car from drop off zone which had signs clearly stating pick up was forbidden. However both the driver who collected our car and the one who delivered it were polite, courteous and friendly."

"Pick up time was 15.45. Called at 15.20 Asked to wait inside airport building. Called again. Said half an hour wait. Called again and the car wouldn't start. Said battery is flat and jump start. Finally got the car at 17.10 Lot of lies. Won't use their service again "

"collection of our car was slightly confusing as we went to where we dropped the car off as directed. Your colleague dropped vehilce off at drop off point on ground floor outside. resolved in the end but perhaps you could be clearer in collection location. regards and will use you again"

"Dropping the car back to me was fine but your pick up was not. i phoned the number and left a message as the phone wasnt answered. I then called again when i got to the airport and was told that I shouldn't have left a message because no one answers the mobile! He was very unhelpful and I had to wait until someone got to me. Customer service was shocking"

"Very horrible set of people, their website is fake, they deceive people and give the wrong information, this lead to my paying for the service, when I called for a refund I was told it's non refundable. Never again will I use this service. I lost £55. "

"Highly recommend, didn't realise that I need to call half hour prior to dropping my car at the airport but despite that someone came within 15mins to collect keys. Staff are helpful and will book again with them "

"We were running a bit late on our day of departure and called in good time and was told not to worry just park at drop off and someone will meet us there. We had to wait 45 minutes which nearly resulted in us missing our flight (20 mins before desk closed). We were then told "well you were late". On our return journey we rang after clearing customs and was told our car would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes we had to wait before receiving a call that the car was outside so clearly where they park the vehicles is 45 minutes away."

"I was not informed I would be responsible for car park charges on arrival And although I was later than stated on return due to late arrival of flight I was told to meet my car on level 5 at terminal 5 it clearly stated drop off only. I was very worried as there was a fairly strong police presence on this level,and the practice of picking people up at this level illegal "
