"I have been using your service at least twice a month now for some time. On multiple occasions now I have rang 20minutes before arriving, like you state in your instructions. Only to arrive with nobody there to receive the car. Also the same procedure for returning and collecting the car has been horrendous on numerous occasions. The staff members have also had the audacity to blame me on a few occasions, saying I hadn't called ahead or I told them the wrong terminal. All of which is a feeble attempt to pass the blame on, and very unprofessional! Being that I'm a regular customer, this is starting to become unacceptable. I haven't received an apology on any occasion in which your staff members were late or took my car to the wrong destination. All of this doesn't even take into account that time in which my car, in which I have tracked was driven further than the miles in which it takes to get too and from your car park... Meaning someone in your company used my car for their own personal use! Which is not only unacceptable but illegal "

"No hassle drop off and pick up - saves a ton of time. The drop off and pick up are in the Arrivals end lobby of the T3 car park at level 3, although the directions don’t say that, which was a bit of a stutter on dropping off. The people were easy to deal with, and information given was good, so no real bother."

"Hello I am absolutely disappointed at the service I have received from you for this half term holiday Parking. So much so I have just got home and wanted to complain immediately! As per your instructional I landed and got our luggage then I tried to call your office for car delivery to terminal 3, floor 3. I eventually got through and your office said I would have to wait only 10 minutes. Altogether we waited an hour! It’s very hard to do this with 2 small children! Why tell me 10 minutes when you are going to be so long! I even took a photo of my cars on board driving time indicator which said your driver was only driving for 15 minutes! See photo attached. It would have been quicker for us to take bus to long term parking. I would like a full compensation! Also I have attached proof of over 50 calls to your office tonight all of the time it was either engaged or kept ringing. I would like a response immediately by the morning. "Drop off went well but come the pick up is where it all fell apart. It took 55 minutes to get my car! They say there was traffic and that it would normally take 15 minutes, so just shy of an hour is unacceptable."

"We used your service last year at Heathrow and unfortunatley this year was not any better. We called the number as requested once we had picked up our cases. They were constantly engaged or no answer. When we finally got through we were told it would be 20 minutes. We waited for our car for over 50 minutes. This is unacceptable especially as the same happened last year, it was a late flight and we have two young children. Meet & Greet is more expensive than general car parking and we use this service so it is quicker for us. If we had parked our car at the long stay car park we would've been home a lot faster. We are seeking for some compensation. We are aware that this is a busy time of the year but surely that means you should employ more drivers to cope with the extra work. You are aware of everyone's flight details so know when the flights are coming in. I would appreciate a response by email to [email protected]. Thank you "
