"Hello I am absolutely disappointed at the service I have received from you for this half term holiday Parking. So much so I have just got home and wanted to complain immediately! As per your instructional I landed and got our luggage then I tried to call your office for car delivery to terminal 3, floor 3. I eventually got through and your office said I would have to wait only 10 minutes. Altogether we waited an hour! It’s very hard to do this with 2 small children! Why tell me 10 minutes when you are going to be so long! I even took a photo of my cars on board driving time indicator which said your driver was only driving for 15 minutes! See photo attached. It would have been quicker for us to take bus to long term parking. I would like a full compensation! Also I have attached proof of over 50 calls to your office tonight all of the time it was either engaged or kept ringing. I would like a response immediately by the morning.
