"Departing from LGW was fine. Arriving back in to London was not. Saw how the staff were driving the people's cars with no care at all. We waited 45 minutes in the freezing cold at 1:15 am to get my car back. Will definitely not use again not happy. "

"Very disappointing. Wouldn't use again. Was made to wait an hour in the car park for the car on return. Was told it was due to traffic, which was a blatant lie, given almost 40 odd others came in, got their car and left. Clearly a case that the company is understaffed to keep costs low."

"Arriving at the airport was ok, just a short wait for our car to be picked up. When we arrived back at the airport to be 'greeted' we had to wait a full hour between our call to the office and for our car to be delivered. Very poor service. It was not just us as there were several families all waiting for the same company and all complaining. I tried to ring the office - as did other families, and our calls were not answered. The driver was polite and apologetic- but you use 'Meet and Greet' to avoid hanging around at airports. Very disappointed with the service and will not be recommending to others. "

"The arrival procedure has been quite normal as usual - but smth. was happening during the return process. I had to wait 74 minutes (!!!!) after my phone call for the delivery of my car. The driver's explanations about bad weather, road closures, accidents on the road did not sound very convincing. Also, the driver has given me the new type parking ticket without any explanations. Obviously, quite a lot of drivers were having problem with them at the exit barriers. The sign before the barriers directed me to the barriers on the right. However the machine did not recognise my ticket. I had to call the operator - he suggested my paying at the exit. I called your office then - and was suggested to exit via the barriers on the left. These barriers were clearly marked as suitable for the tickets with the bar code (while mine was with a square code!). I had to back, and to the left barrier - which opened to my surprise without my inserting the ticket anywhere (license plate recognising?). Anyway, the whole process was quite muddled. Obviously, I wouldn't put all the blame for all that on you - but all this could have been organised better."

"The girl who brought the cat back was extremely helpful and rang us to say that she would be a bit ate because of problems with the barriers at Gatwick. Brilliant. Kept us informed so we did not worry. Very helpful and didn't have to wait long."

"The conformation email said to go to car park 6 top floor when we got there nobody was there so I rang and was then told we should have gone to level 1!!! When we returned we found that either the battery had been removed or all the computer settings on the car had been played with. The language set to French instead of English, odometer set to Kilometres instead of Miles, clock set to 2 hours behind. took me 15 mins to reset everything!!! Car had been parked under trees as was covered in sap and leaves!!!"
