"Words can not explain how awlful and lied to time after time again on our departure. After waiting over an hour and 10 min for our car .seeing the same driver twice drop other cars .when apparently our car when kept waiting had already been dispatched . To then find that same driver turn up with our car . I called three times to be fobbed off . If I don't see or hear resolvement in this I will be posting on every social media group with my 20,000 followers . This was pretty appalling "
