"The arrival procedure has been quite normal as usual - but smth. was happening during the return process. I had to wait 74 minutes (!!!!) after my phone call for the delivery of my car. The driver's explanations about bad weather, road closures, accidents on the road did not sound very convincing. Also, the driver has given me the new type parking ticket without any explanations. Obviously, quite a lot of drivers were having problem with them at the exit barriers. The sign before the barriers directed me to the barriers on the right. However the machine did not recognise my ticket. I had to call the operator - he suggested my paying at the exit. I called your office then - and was suggested to exit via the barriers on the left. These barriers were clearly marked as suitable for the tickets with the bar code (while mine was with a square code!). I had to back, and to the left barrier - which opened to my surprise without my inserting the ticket anywhere (license plate recognising?). Anyway, the whole process was quite muddled. Obviously, I wouldn't put all the blame for all that on you - but all this could have been organised better."
