"ARRIVAL -Rang to advise I was 20 minutes away, arrived at the drop off point exactly 20 minutes later and was kept waiting a futher 25-30 minutes before someone arrived to collect car, Due to the drop off point being in the drop zone I was approached a number of times by the attendant telling me i needed to move on, RETURN - On return rang as soon as I was through customs, Rang again after 30 minutes as no sign of car to be told the driver was stuck in traffice, Rang again 10 miutes later and advised again stuck in traffic, 15 minutes later (so nearly 1 hour wait) driver turned up. What these people failed to realise is that my car tells me time driven from start and milage covered, 11 minutes driven time and 1 mile, so basically the woman was lieing about the traffic and they hadn't even set off for upto 44 minutes after my first call. Rather they just be honest and tell me truth and manage the customers expectations. "

"Someone waiting as we arrived at the drop off and all went smoothly. The return was poor, had to wait for 1hour until the car came, after four calls to the designated number. A representative did turn up and said that he couldnt understand why the driver was still not there. Luckily we were in the dry at least...Driver was cheerful on arriving late but gave no real explanation as to why it took an hour to turn up! Would think twice in future. We have used this service at Heathrow and it was spot on in the past so we were disappointed with the service at Manchester."

"Waited 40 mins to have my car picked up in the drop off only area in the airport despite calling in advance as requsted. When called i was advised they would collect my car in 15mins. Difficult hanging around waiting 40mins in a drop off area only. "

"On arrival I was an hour early and was unable to have my car collected early which meant I had to sit in the local garage until my allocated slot which was a pain however on return to the UK, I missed my flight and the staff we're amazing, they relieved some of my stress, thank you."

"Could not get hold on driver at arrival at Manchester airport, after phoning them ten times with no response. I had to find alternative parking at double the price which was not meet and greet, nearly missed our flight not happy. I have used simply park and fly at Gatwick about 5 times and never had a problem, but Manchester is not the same. Let's see if I get a total refund. Mark Hazell. Gloucester "
