"The process was well managed. My one huge bugbear is having to pay £5 cash on collection (the actual charge is £4). This cost, if it has to be paid, should be absorbed into the online costs. I flew from Luton the week before, parked through Purple Parking and there was no additional exit charge - much better and more professional in my view!"

"Met in short stay car park at the allocated time. Staff very friendly, helpful etc.. called 20 mins prior and they were there ready. We had a delayed flight on way home, they knew we were running late. Called them as we went through security and again they were there ready and waiting for us with the car. "At Luton Airport with all the changes going on it is not marked out very clearly where to go to and therefore, you drive round and miss it as it was not visible. The staff are friendly and helpful. The exit was better going out then getting into where Meet and Greet are situated. Have used the service a few times and there is always confusion in finding them. "
