"At Luton Airport with all the changes going on it is not marked out very clearly where to go to and therefore, you drive round and miss it as it was not visible. The staff are friendly and helpful. The exit was better going out then getting into where Meet and Greet are situated. Have used the service a few times and there is always confusion in finding them. "
