"Flight delayed one day. Emailed twice to information company and asked for a reply to make sure they were aware. No reply received! Phoned from Joburg airport and on third number someone answered. Gave them new flight details. Had to pay £20 for one days overstay. Apparently no card payments before 0900 so had to find an ATM to get cash. Disappointing customer service this time and surely card machines work before 9am!"

"Car took ages to arrive at collection, depite calling as soon as I landed. I would have been home in a taxi by the time my car finally arrived at collection. Completley negates to benefit of a 'meet and greet' if you have to wait so long. Would have even be quicker (and cheaper) to go to a long stay car park. Very dissappointed."

"All seemed Ok apart from having to wait 30 mins for the car to arrive, bit frutstrating when you call twice- once when you land and once when bags are collected. I thought the car would be ready on the second phone call."

"Excellent service, the guys were there to meet me on arrival and even though I was delayed by 3 hours on my return it was no problem and the car was waiting for me when I got to the car park at T4. Very pleasant staff too, I will definitely use them again. "

"Dropped car off. I left my hand bag in the car, called company and was no problem for them to bring the car back as they had already left to park it, so I could retrieve my bag. Upon arrival, called as leaving Terminal car arrive 15 mins later. I have used this company many times and have always experienced a good service and would certainly recommend them. "
