"Flight delayed one day. Emailed twice to information company and asked for a reply to make sure they were aware. No reply received! Phoned from Joburg airport and on third number someone answered. Gave them new flight details. Had to pay £20 for one days overstay. Apparently no card payments before 0900 so had to find an ATM to get cash. Disappointing customer service this time and surely card machines work before 9am!"
