Facilities for disabled passengers: 

All buses are fully DDA compliant and are suitable for wheelchair use. Assistance with your luggage is available if required from the bus driver.

Insurance

Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored subject to the car park's terms and conditions.

Restrictions

Please note that the Purple Parking car park has a vehicle height restriction of 2.1m (7ft) and does not accept the following vehicles: mini-buses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, Lorries, caravans or vehicles with trailers (The car park does not accept long-wheel-based or extended-wheel-based vans).

Please note that all Heathrow Short Stay Car Parks have height limits.

This service does not operate before 03:30AM.

Only a limited service is available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for Non Flex Brand.

As the company cannot verify what items are left in your vehicle, we would kindly request that you remove any loose items such as Sat Navs, loose cash, sunglasses etc, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER

Terminal Restrictions

• This car park is strictly for Terminal 3

Address 

• 17 Bath Road, Heathrow, Hounslow. TW6 2AL
• Unfortunately we are unable to obtain a unique postcode for our car park; therefore you must enter BOTH the postcode: TW6 2AL and first line of address: 17 Bath Road to arrive without delay.
• We are sorry to say that if you only enter the postcode there is a likelihood of you being directed to incorrect locations which are nowhere near our car park.
• If you have any problems finding us please do not hesitate to call us for help with directions on the day. The telephone number will be provided once the booking is made.

Directions

From the M25

- Leave the motorway at Junction 15 and follow the M4 signposted to London.

From the M4

- Leave the motorway at Junction 3 and follow the A312 towards Hounslow / Feltham.
- At the Jolly Waggoners roundabout turn right onto A4 (Bath Road) towards Heathrow.
- Purple Parking Park & Ride Terminal 4 is approximately 1 mile along the A4 on the left, next door to the Premier Inn Hotel.

On Arrival :

• You will be directed to the arrivals area by a Purple Parking Park & Ride Terminal 4 host.

Transfer Details

• The car park offers frequent courtesy bus transfers to and from Terminal 3 which take approximately 10 - 12 minutes.

Distance To Airport

• Purple Parking Park & Ride Terminal 3 is conveniently located 10 - 12 minutes away from Terminal 3.

Height Restrictions

• Height restriction at this car park of 2.15 m (7ft.) which include roof racks and roof boxes.

On Return

• Full details of the returns procedure will be given on arrival at the Purple Parking Park & Ride Terminal 3 car park.
• If you are returning ahead of schedule we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.
• If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £15.00 per day (or part day). No refunds will be issued for part used stays. Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you.
• It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/customer driving to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and has a valid Road Fund Licence. Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive will be refused.
• No refunds will be given for illegal vehicles not accepted
