"My car was returned with a large scratch on the front wing and despite an email and a phone call - I have not received any communication in response"

"Heathrow doesn't seem to be suitable for ParknFly unless we as customers allow extra time for drop off and collection. We waited an extra half an hour after the agreed drop off time for collection and an hour and a quarter for the car to be delivered back on arriving back at Heathrow. I understand this is due to the traffic build up in the area, but If customers are on a tight schedule then your service could cause problems. We have used the service at Gatwick without a problem."

"Excellent service , I was late on my arrival to Heathrow after my initial 30 minute call and the man waiting for me was so nice he called me to see where I was and if I was ok , I then went to the wrong terminal "thanks satnav" The man waiting for me was very patient and directed me how to find him. I wasn't charged & the whole service from departure to my arrival back to the uk and back in my car was exactly what it should have been ! Thank you so much for being the service you should be ... the car was perfect , the mileage was exact & the petrol was as it should be & yes I have a nice car too . I will definitely be using you again for my travels . 10/10 "

"I am very disappointed because when I picked up my car, the indicator light and emergency signal light had stopped working. When i called to find out what had happened to my car, no explanation could be given. I had to take the cat to a garage "

"To be honest when I saw how cheap the price was I must be honest thought it wa a scam! But these guys are amazing, on time,friendly, and great value for money. We was late on arrival back in the U.K. From Dubai by about 1 hour, guess what they was there waiting.... very Highley recommend and will use again.... thanks again guys! 5 star plus!! "

"On my return into Heathrow i had to wait over 1 hour for my car , the 1st excuse was they were stuck in traffic then the 2nd excuse was the car would not start Did not believe either excuse"

"I am a rather deaf octogenarian and my middle age daughter is disabled and has difficulty in speaking clearly, and we have a wheelchair that complicates everything we do. We have twice used ParknFly, once at East Midlands, and recently at Heathrow Airport. I have only praise and thankfulness for ParknFly. On both occasiona they did exactly as they had promised. Everyone I spoke with was clear, patient and courteous. Our car was inspected before they drove it away, and it was returned undamaged and at the time and place we expected it to be. The driver helped us to load our luggage. The ParknFly experience turned arriving and departing from our holiday from what promised to be a bit of a nightmare into a pleasure.
