"I am a rather deaf octogenarian and my middle age daughter is disabled and has difficulty in speaking clearly, and we have a wheelchair that complicates everything we do. We have twice used ParknFly, once at East Midlands, and recently at Heathrow Airport. I have only praise and thankfulness for ParknFly. On both occasiona they did exactly as they had promised. Everyone I spoke with was clear, patient and courteous. Our car was inspected before they drove it away, and it was returned undamaged and at the time and place we expected it to be. The driver helped us to load our luggage. The ParknFly experience turned arriving and departing from our holiday from what promised to be a bit of a nightmare into a pleasure. Thank you Park and Fly."
