"Efficient and good value service. Car broke down within two miles of setting off for home. The car had done 22 miles while I had been away but I guess I was just unfortunate."

"I have used simply Park for the last two weekends at different Heathrow Terminals - it takes minutes to drop off on T2 , you have to read the instructions carefully for T4 and call when you are 15 minutes away. This is difficult when there are roadworks around the airport currently but it is as cheap as a taxi and just as quick. I am very impressed. Will try T5 this weekend."

"Was great leaving the car but waiting on my return was a painful experience. I was waiting 50 minutes with a young baby and a pregnant wife which was far from ideal. The staff were very apologetic and professional throughout and maybe this was just a case of the operation being understaffed!? There were a few of us patiently waiting so I'd imagine you will receive similar feedback. Hope this is seen as constructive criticism as everything else was satisfactory. Warm Regards. "

I need to call the day before to change the car I was using and the process was easy. On the day they were there to collect it and on my return the car was waiting as we got back. "The big downside to this company was NOT the face to face staff who were friendly, polite and helpful but the poor attitude of the telephone staff who were abrupt, not helpful and bordered on being downright impolite. Add to this the very inaccurate and changing information about where to pick up the car after a long journey home and any good feeling about the company took a knock. Luckily your reputation was improved by the good attitude of the driver who returned the car to us In short if you make your office staff and your written pick up advice as good as your drivers then I would use again and recommend you ."

"This service is fabulous. I have spent many years faffing around with airport parking and hauling luggage on and off of the airport buses in their car parks. Some years ago we decided we were too old for all that and switched to off site parking with courtesy buses - which were good BUT this service beats everything apart from a private chauffeur who checks your bags in for you and waits for you to return from your trip with all luggage pre-loaded..... now whilst that service isn't available on my budget, THIS service is and it is such a relief. Thank you for being there for us."

"Very friendly service. We had no problems in the processes of dropping the car and when picking up the car. Having said that, there needs to be clear direction as to the dropping off point as instructions and signage ideas alittle unclear when meet & great drop off was being done. "

"Problems - 1.Reception area is chaotic , instructions say "look for the driver in a black jacket" - well they are all wearing some form of black jacket plus hivis bibs, or jackets, so its impossible to tell who works for which company. There is no signage, I of course went to the other company first and they were just about helpful, but grudgingly so. Your man was so busy, he never made eye contact, gave me no confidence he knew what he was doing or would take care of my vehicle. 2. No place to park in designated row A - just too busy. 2.Car filthy on return , not just dust on outside ( was it parked in a quarry??) but also in drivers seat footwell and mud/scuff marks on drivers door and doorseal. Its clear that nobody took any care getting in and out of a muddy/dusty area. We would not recommend and are unlikely to use you again."
