"The big downside to this company was NOT the face to face staff who were friendly, polite and helpful but the poor attitude of the telephone staff who were abrupt, not helpful and bordered on being downright impolite. Add to this the very inaccurate and changing information about where to pick up the car after a long journey home and any good feeling about the company took a knock. Luckily your reputation was improved by the good attitude of the driver who returned the car to us In short if you make your office staff and your written pick up advice as good as your drivers then I would use again and recommend you ."
