"Good value for money but no one was picking up the phone on my way to Heathrow. Once I got to the airport I didn’t know what to do luckily the guy at the desk assured me that my car would be taken care of. I saw lots of people who had been waiting for up to half an hour for their cars to be delivered to them. When I got back from my trip I called numerous times before I got through to the mobile phone number. I was worried that I wouldn’t get me car as the landline number diverts to a mobile number which had a full mailbox so I couldn’t leave a message. The pick up & delivery service is poor and seems like it’s being run by a couple of individuals rather than a company. If people can’t trust that you’ll answer the phone you’ll loose trust and customers. This was my 1 st time using your services and I was very apprehensive. "

"Never having used this type of service I was a bit wary, but in the end there was no need to. Service was first class - drop off just a few feet from the lift in the carpark, Pick up was the same. Just followed the instructions about contacting before departure and after arrival - our flight was ever so early landing and customs was a breeze, so rang up and car was there inside 20 mins, despite being so early (nearly 2 hours) Will definitely use them next time"

"Instructions directed me to incorrect location. Once the phone was finally answered I found the correct location but there was no signage to find where to park. Once I had parked I waited at the qiosk to be served only to find they didnt have my reservation, this is because there are 2 companies operating there but no way of defining between them, the one I was booked with didnt have a qiosk or any form of signage/identification. I managed to check in 10mins before check in closed as spent so long trying to sort the car. On my return I called as we were leaving customs as told to and after 20mins and 15calls to 2 different numbers I finally got answered. I was then told 20mins for the car which showed up 40mins later. Again I tried to call and the phone was not answered on either number. Car was perfect when we finally received it so at least it had been looked after. I will not be using this service again. It is better to pay more and avoid the stress."

"The car was very dirty with muddy bumpers and sides. I doubt the place it was parked. Otherwise the collection & delivery was good."

"When we dropped the car off nobody was there to take our car.. we had to call 3 times until somebody answered the call When we came back from holiday we had to wait over 30min for the car and the person on the phone was not friendly"
