"I was apprehensive after reading some reviews online but have to say they were unfounded. Service was excellent , staff met us at the car park with ease and we had a good chat before I left my car. On return we had to wait 15-20 mins after the call and there was no pressure from staff for me to sign the paperwork until I had checked my car over. There was no damage or excess miles to my vehicle and the whole service was professional and easy to use , we will be using again. Worth every penny and very highly recommended "

"Everything went very smoothly at Departure and arrival until I went to go through the barrier and it asked for payment which I had paid for as part of the booking cost already. very helpful car park attendant who let me through the barrier. Apart from that they were very efficient."

"I was apprehensive about meet and greet as I had heard some horror stories. I read the reviews of most of the Gatwick meet and greet services and based my decision to use Simply Smart from previous customers reviews, most were favourable. Online booking was quick and easy, confirmation email had all the details required. Staff were efficient and car was delivered within 20 minutes of arriving back at Gatwick. Only observation is that details on where to collect the car differs on the printed material to that given by the operator when telephoned to report arrival, which was confusing. "

"As far as the Meet and Greet experience went it was very good. I did note that the written return instruction differs from that given when phoning in - Car park 5 is not used at present; car park 6 is used. Although not the responsibility of Simply Parking, I had some disquiet when the exit barrier opened as I approached and not when the payment ticket was placed in machine. Having once been wrongly accused of leaving my car in the car park for over 3 months when the system failed to record its exit, we returned for an explanation and assurance that a repeat problem would not arise. Car park customer relations staff assured us that all was well as the VRN recognition cameras were proof of entry and exit. If the exit procedure no longer requires use of the payment receipt to get out, it would be helpful for clients to know; equally, if there was a glitch with the system I would expect that the SP drivers would be aware of that and tell customers to drive on."

"Making the reservation was easy. Instructions were clear on getting to car park. Had a little wait for drop off agent and was not quite clear where in the cat park I should meet . Pickup timing was perfect,as we arrived so did the car. The lady who returned the car was extremely pleasant and efficient. All in all a good experience. AS"
