"all the staff were really friendly, they even warmed my car up for me on arrival back at the airport as it was -2 degrees. I didn't worry at all while being away about any damage to my car. it was my first time using a meet and greet service and I will never travel without using it again, would highly recommend the company and their services."

"This isn't really a valet service as I had to wait 20 mins for my car to turn up, I could have paid less and parked at long term parking"

Only draw back was that I couldn't get reception for phone at baggage collection in Gatwick and had to wait to exit building to contact to let you know we were back, so had a few minutes wait for car to be dropped off, which of course has nothing to do with service provided by your company."

"Not only was I late flying, (annoying enough) you charged me for the pleasure. I called from Rome to tell you. I was 4 hours late that rolled into the next day, so you charged me? Shame my flight wasn't booked for 4hours earlier, I wouldn't have been charged. How does that work?"
