"Not the easiest of drop offs in multi storey car park. Returning we followed instructions to wait until we'd collected our luggage before ringing yet someone else's vehicle was awaiting them before they arrived and ours came 10 minutes later, that part was disappointing which didn't fit the bill of meet and greet on this occasion."
