"I very highly rate this superb company. Excellent service all round. I had a problem with my car . A mechanical fault not in any way connected to this company. I and my partner where promptly met and taken to their secure site and well looked after while arrangements were made by me with the RAC to collect my car and we awaited a courtesy car. Such a friendly team and a nice cup of coffee as well. Please take note of what I've said should you be thinking of who to leave your car with. "

"STAFF ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY AFTER WE PHONED THEM, VERY FRIENDLY, ON OUR RETURN WE PHONE WHEN WE HAD OUR LUGGAGE, AND WE ONLY HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 5 MINUTE, BY THE TIME WE GOT TO THE CAR PARK LEVEL THAT WE WERE TOLD TO GO TO. "Only comment would be, as I've said before, that those of us who still have to touch our phones to enable us to call isn't a good process whilst driving. I understand the 20min before arrival call but it means I have to pull over on the hard shoulder of the M23 to make that call. "

Even when our flight arrival back home changed from the North Terminal to the South l, I just called and the delivery of my car was made to my new location. All very easy and straight forwards.
