"The service was fine, but the level 4 CP5 is not what is on the instructions, nor was it clear where I should go or park when we arrived. We also did exactly what was said on the tin in terms of arriving back but ended up waiting for some time for the car. The flight was early, but that's a reasonably predicatable outcome (as is late) otherwise why ask for flight details if not used?? Overall, though the service was courteous and the car wasn't dented (which another operator did!). Thanks"

"This is the second time I have used simply park and fly and I don't think I would use any other service again, the staff are friendly, polite and very funny no matter what time of the day it is (I arrived to them at half 3 in the morning and they still managed to make a very tired me smile and laugh) having it be so simple, easy and having such great staff really adds to the holiday feeling you get. would recommended to everyone, best meet & greet company you could find. they even cleaned my car this time! best company & staff ever!!"
