"My only complaint is with the office staff/customer service. I telephoned to let them know that we would have to arrive an hour earlier than originally booked and the phone was put down on me. I then rang back and had to leave a message on the answer phone. I asked for a call confirming the call. No call came. I then emailed saying the same, and asked for a reply and didn't receive that. This had me worrying that we would get the same shoddy service at the airport, or that your company was bogus. Luckily enough, that wasn't so and everything went really well, although I was confused that I had booked under one company name and the guys had vests with another company's name. However, I have no complaints with the service we received at the airport it was excellent"
