"Smooth & prompt service with no waiting."

"My only complaint is with the office staff/customer service. I telephoned to let them know that we would have to arrive an hour earlier than originally booked and the phone was put down on me. I then rang back and had to leave a message on the answer phone. I asked for a call confirming the call. No call came. I then emailed saying the same, and asked for a reply and didn't receive that. This had me worrying that we would get the same shoddy service at the airport, or that your company was bogus. Luckily enough, that wasn't so and everything went really well, although I was confused that I had booked under one company name and the guys had vests with another company's name. However, I have no complaints with the service we received at the airport it was excellent"

"Generally a good experience, however on arrival no staff available initially, to greet, after 5-10mins a gentleman arrived (not in specified identifiable uniform) showed us some paperwork to justify, and took the car. Return was better, car returned promptly by helpful polite driver. Providing costs remain competitive, would recommend and use again."

The man at the car park with a Sure Parking vest also had no idea that he was also working for Simply as well. He turned me away at first, until I had to make him read the paperwork."
