"Was the cheapest meet and greet by quite a lot (although airport parking generally is still insanely expensive) so expectations were fairly low but very pleasantly surprised. Guy was waiting when I arrived and didn't have to wait too long at all on arrival back. Car was returned exactly as I left it. overall a very good service. "

"So long as you phone on drop off and after collecting luggage etc all fine, don't expect to see someone like I hoped for. A mobile phone is essential. Great if you booked parking within weeks of a holiday, no shuttle bus etc. Otherwise, would recommend this as you get to the airport more directly and cheaper than standard Gatwick parking."

"The service was great they picked up and dropped of very quickly , my car came back nice and clean and in perfect condition , I've used meet and greet before but was very upset as my car came back with scratches on it and they had used my car , I was scepticle about using meet and greet again but I would definitely recommend your company "

"The system is a very good idea. Sadly the experience was very mixed. 1. How does someone on their own phone 20 mins before arrival. Using a mobile phone whilst driving is illegal. Luckily there were 2 of us so the phone call was made. There was no reply so I left a message. On arrival there was no one to greet us. After a wait we phoned again. The phone was answered by a man who, rather rudely, said that as we had not phoned at the required time we would have to wait. We said we had left a message & were told we should not have done so & should have rung again. How were we to know this? We waited some time, nearly 1/2 hr in all, before a friendly gentleman arrived & we were able to make our way into the airport. 2. On our return our plane was diverted to the South terminal so we made the phone call when we had got to the place in the North terminal where it would have been made had landing gone according to plan. There was no reply, neither, we noted was there a message facility anymore! We phoned a 2nd time , again, no reply. On the 3rd phone call & a voice said " this number is unobtainable". Almost immediately we were called back by a man who said that he had noticed the incoming call. We explained that we were late because of the plane diversion but were ringing now we had got to the place where the call should be made, we were informed that we should have rung earlier & would have to wait 15mins. This turned out to be a very long 15 mins, about 1/2 hr. Thankfully the gentleman who came with the car was very pleasant. Basically, the organisation & person skills of the organisers need some attention before I would consider recommending the service to anyone. The risks of being late into the airport or late getting home for no good reason are too great."

"The driver arrived in the carpark shortly after we arrived and the airport and within 15 minutes of us ringing them on our return. The drivers were efficient and curtious "

"The instructions were simple, the staff very friendly and professional and, although there was a slight mix up about where to meet on our return, it was resolved very quickly and simply. Generally, this is a hassle-free way to leave the vehicle at the airport without having to go through the pain of transferring in a shuttle bus. Will definitely use this service again and would recommend it to others."

"Gatwick South is a problem location so the service wad a bit more erratic than I have received at Gatwick North. There was a mic ip on the pick up floor...but your staff wrre most helpful in resolving the situation due to a traffic overload in the Oramge car park I will use you again. Why do you not have a loyalty club/bonus?"

"It was an absolute pleasure, on approach I called to let them know I will be earlier than my booked time, this was no issue for them and I was met in the designated area. My mileage was taken, the attendant walked with me around the car and we did the check. Received my receipt and return instructions and my holiday started. Upon return as instructed I phoned after I collected my luggage, was politely instructed to meet the attendant at the designated area and my car was ready. Together we checked the vehicle, I signed for it and was very quickly on my way. "
