"two comments: 1. On arrival at LGW South short stay orange car park there is no sign to indicate that "Level 1" is not the arrival level. Perhaps you could say the drop off is on 'First Floor" which in England is understood to be one above 'Ground floor" The airport could also put a sign on each level where the car needs to decide its direction. At the entrance : Level: Ground" etc. 2. The car was very dirty on pick up. Was it driven through a mud bath?"
