"Booking was simple and efficient, entry and drop off was easy and comfortable for the customer, however, after contacting the office on our return the wait for our car to arrive back at the meeting point was disappointing. Following a chase up call from one of your team our call was identified and delivered but far too late than expected. Improvement needed."
