Reviews - Purple Parking - Gatwick Airport

" Initially I got lost trying to find a location for purple parking which is down to me not reading the instructions clearly and guessing where the venue was. I then rang the help number and a very helpful gentleman guided me for five minutes in the car to the correct. On arrival at 5 AM the staff were very helpful and made the process very easy. The coach journey to the north terminal only took about five minutes which was very acceptable. The coach pickup was equally as easy and the female driver was lovely and helpers on with bundling out bicycle cases onto the coach. On arrival back at the car park the staff were very nice, quite witty and pointed me to my car which was sat within 50 yards of the reception waiting for me . This was excellent value for money and a very easy process and I will not hesitate to use purple parking again. I have used the meet and greet service with other carpark firms and also used a company with a car park about 15 to 20 minutes away from Gatwick and thus far purple parking has certainly been the easiest and as it appears the best value for money. 10/10, I have no complaints. "entry and exit process is very good, but some bus drivers are unhelpful - ours just stopped at the terminal without telling passengers which terminal they were at - gatwick n / south - so passengers all got off before realising they were at the wrong terminal."

"Process was simple and easy, two slight issues. 1: the lady at the desk when we arrived was very rude and short with me and my partner, not what you want when you are starting your holiday. 2: when we got out on arriving home to gatwick we waited about 30minutes for a bus and is and another couple were wondering where the bus was but this may have been due to slow passengers or traffic. However all the other staff and efficiency was superb!"
