Restrictions
Please note that the Purple Parking car park has a vehicle height restriction of 2.1m (7ft) and does not accept the following vehicles: mini-buses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, Lorries, caravans or vehicles with trailers (The car park does not accept long-wheel-based or extended-wheel-based vans).

This service does not operate before 03:30.
Only a limited service is available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

As the company cannot verify what items are left in your vehicle, we would kindly request that you remove any loose items such as Sat Navs, loose cash, sunglasses etc, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER

"Our car battery went flat upon our return from holiday. Your staff members were very very helpful to us whilst we waited almost four hours for tge AA to arrange to have our vehicle towed. I didn’t take tge names of these staff at the time but I can truly say that they went tge extra mike for us. The lady went over and above her job Rome and did what she could to make us comfortable whilst waiting for the AA. She made us hot drinks and even got me some cake when I said that I was starving. Once we were ready to leave the hut (at 3.50 am) she even topped up my water bottle for me. She is truly a credit to your company "
