"Driver on the return trip was more than helpful and helped everyone with their baggage - approx. 23.30 on 20/3. Slight confusion for us with the directions from the arrivals terminal as we didn't know what level we were on after we collected our cases from baggage reclaim. I would suggest to say follow exit signs to outside first and then take lift to ground level. "
