Disabled Info

This parking is perfect for disabled passengers as you won't need to catch a transfer bus. If you need help getting in and out of your vehicle or if you have a specially adapted vehicle please call us and one of our team will contact the Service Provider for you

 

Insurance

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.

Vehicles

Vehicle must be in roadworthy condition / legal. If the chauffeur believes that your car is either unsafe or not road legal then they may refuse to drive your car. No refund will be made in these circumstances.

Parking is for vehicles that fit in to a standard sized parking space. Extra charges may be applied for vehicles that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Service Provider prior to booking.

 

Amendments /Cancellations:

Allowed up to 48 hours prior to drop off date. Admin charges applicable on cancellations. Check our terms for full details.

 If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged. Please check Service Provider's terms for rates.

 

Hints,Tips and Additional info

Please take a copy of your confirmation email with you on your day of travel. Please make sure to check your junk/spam mail folders. You can also view you booking details in My Booking section.

You must allow sufficient time to drop off the vehicle and complete airport departure procedures. Please take in to account traffic delays or breakdowns.

If you are late or early, please call Service Provider as soon as possible so that they can rearrange drop off/return and you are not kept waiting. Last minute changes or no advance notice may result in delays to drop off/ return times.

Park Mark Award/BPA approved Service Providers had their car parks inspected/approved to required standards.

Any parking is at your own risk and subject to service provider's terms and conditions, so we ask that you don't keep any valuables in your car.

Check your vehicle carefully at pickup and report any issues to driver and ensure these are logged on the paperwork. Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the terminal / car park.

Budget Airport Parking provides price comparison and acts as booking agent for available Service Providers. Your chosen Service provider will take the vehicle, park to their car park and return the vehicle.  You must raise any issues regarding parking service ( Delay, Damage etc. ) with service provider.

We do our best to tell you as much about available products as possible before you purchase. All product specific information is provided by Service Providers. Therefore, we can't always keep track of changes to how they run. If you find anything that's not completely accurate in our information, please tell us as soon as possible.

On Arrival

Departure/Drop off procedure

Please give us a call on car park mobile number when you are about 30 minutes away from the airport. 

Please note that if you arrive at the airport without notice, you might have to wait 30 minutes and you’ll have to pay the car park charges.

Departure Procedure

Once you enter South Terminal, please follow the signs for Short Stay & Pick Up. You will go through the barriers, take a ticket from the barriers and follow the signs for "Orange Car Park 3" and go to “4th Floor or Level 4” and park your vehicle in an empty space. You must hand over the car key(s) to our member of staff. 

Directions for North Terminal

Post Code: RH6 0PJ

Departure Procedure

Once you enter North Terminal, please follow the signs for Short stay & pick up. You will go through the barriers, take a ticket from the barriers and keep your vehicle on the right hand side of the road. Make your way to “Short Stay Car Park Number 6”and park your car on the “5th Floor or Level 5”. You must hand over the car key(s) to our member of staff.

On Return

Arrival/Return Procedure

Give us a call on car park mobile no once you have got your luggage and allow us 25-30* minutes for the delivery of your vehicle. Your vehicle will be delivered on “4th Floor or Level 4” of "Orange Car Park 3".
