Getting There

Edinburgh Airport and associated car parks are easily accessed via the M8 from Glasgow and M9 from Stirling. It is also reached from the M90 motorway via the Forth Road Bridge. Find directions to park and ride car parks on our individual product pages.

Directions

Edinburgh Airport is 8 miles West of the city centre. The M8 and M9 are close by and the terminal itself is accessed via the A8 Glasgow road.

On Arrival

Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) looks after the vehicle, while parked in their secured car park compound. You need to follow the instructions below for Park and Ride/ Meet and Greet service on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made. NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.​

Arrival Procedure:

Address: 100 Ingliston Road, Ingliston, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH28 8AU.

• Please take your confirmation with you to the car park. You will need your booking reference number to gain entry.

Directions

• From Forth Road Bridge - Follow signs for Airport. From M8 - Head for Newbridge Roundabout(J2). At roundabout continue on A8 (Edinburgh Rd) following signs for Airport. Continue along A8 for 2 miles, turn left at 2nd exit down Ingliston Road leading you to the car park.
• From Edinburgh & East - travel down theAirport Road (Eastfield Rd) & take 1st left (at Hilton Hotel roundabout) along Fairview Road to the end & turn right 100yards into the Car Park.
  
  On arrival drive up to intercom & follow on screen instructions. You will be automatically checked in & barrier willrise. If your details are not on screen or barrier does not open use the intercom. Drive to nearest space & bus stop where you will be picked up & taken to Airport.
  Take keys with you.

On Return

• Full instructions for return procedures will be issued by your bus driver.
• The customer can amend a Flexible booking 48hrs before the departure day. No return date will be modified once the vehicle has been dropped off with the service provider. If the customer stays longer than pre-booked days, then he/she will incur an additional charge as per the standard tariff for the carpark. The customer will be prompted for an extra payment at the exit barrier in case of Park and Ride / On Airport Parking and will be need to pay using the Chip & Pin device. In case of Meet and Greet, the customer will be charged by the driver on the return day.
