On Arrival

Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) looks after the vehicle, while parked in their secured car park compound. You need to follow the instructions below for Park and Ride/ Meet and Greet service on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made. NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.​

Directions:

• From M20 to Dover: At the first r'bout as you enter Dover (Western Heights R'bout) take the 1st exit, after 50m, turn right onto South Military Rd. After 200m Port Parking is on the left. From M2/A2 to Dover. 
• At the WhitfieldR'bout take the 2nd exit and follow signs for Dover/Ferries. At next r'bout take 2nd exit signed Dover/Ferries. Go down Jubilee Hill to the Eastern Docks R'bout.
• Take 1st exit signed A20 to Folkestone/Channel Tunnel. Follow the A20 and go straight over two R'bouts. At the 4th R'bout (Western Heights R'bout) take 2nd exit and after 50m turn right onto SouthMilitary Rd.
• After 200m Port parking will be on the left.

Parking restrictions:

• Transfers run on demand between 07:00-18:00.
• Outside these hours customers will need a taxi costing around £5 each way.

On Return

• On return approx 5 minutes before arrival back to Dover call and they will arrange transfer to collect you.
• The customer can amend a Flexible booking 48hrs before the departure day. No return date will be modified once the vehicle has been dropped off with the service provider. If the customer stays longer than pre-booked days, then he/she will incur an additional charge as per the standard tariff for the carpark. The customer will be prompted for an extra payment at the exit barrier in case of Park and Ride / On Airport Parking and will be need to pay using the Chip & Pin device. In case of Meet and Greet, the customer will be charged by the driver on the return day.
