"The car drop off process was fine and the driver very helpful and polite. I think the appearance of the site office and car park surface are not conducive with leaving one of your most expensive possessions. The pick up from the airport was OK but the driver was not very professional when making no attempt to help us remove our suitcases from the minibus."

"The lady on arrival at the car park was friendly. The Driver of the buses were miserable (both taking us to the terminal and collecting from the terminal). They did not offer any help loading the customer cases on or off the buses and there was no interaction with the Customers"

"I would have given a higher star for service but there was quite a wait on transfer to the airport as only one bus was operational but it was warm and nobody missed a flight so all fine . definitely would recommend."

"Cost me £36 to park for 20 hours or so which I thought was expensive, however, this was far cheaper than a lot others. Only minutes from the airport, minibus was waiting to take me. In return, I waited for 5-10 mins to b picked up, but collected my car within a minute on arrival back. Highly recommended "

"Simple and easy to arrange. Booked and paid for on line in advance. On arrival taxi was waiting so booking in was immediate and efficient. I was in the airport terminal 5 minutes later. On return, a quick telephone call and ten minutes later the taxi arrived to return me to my car. Again, 2 minutes later and I was on my way home. Excellent service all round. "Great friendly service as always, the minibuses were there in minutes. On the way out one of the drivers struggled to fit our large amount of luggage (we have two small children with apuchair, car seats and a carry cot) into the first minibus so another took our excess luggage. On the way back to driver amazingly fit all in one minibus. "
