Directions
Stansted is directly accessible from the M11. Use junction 8 if travelling from Cambridge in the North and junction 8 if travelling from London in the South. Choose post code CM24 1RW if using satnav.
On Arrival
Address: Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY
- Follow signs from the Motorway towards the Mid-Stay car park.
- The car park is located next to the Holiday Inn, opposite Mcdonalds and before the BP garage.
- Turn into the Holiday Inn entrance and immediately on the right is the car park entrance to the car park.
- Park in customer parking and report to reception before unloading your luggage. SAT NAV: CM24 1PY.
On Return
- The meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doors.
- We are unable to wait more than 5 minutes so its essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incure.
- The customer can amend a Flexible booking 48hrs before the departure day. No return date will be modified once the vehicle has been dropped off with the service provider. If the customer stays longer than pre-booked days, then he/she will incur an additional charge as per the standard tariff for the carpark. The customer will be prompted for an extra payment at the exit barrier in case of Park and Ride / On Airport Parking and will be need to pay using the Chip & Pin device. In case of Meet and Greet, the customer will be charged by the driver on the return day.

"Very friendly and efficient personnel. Compound was secure with electronic metal gates. Only a 5 minute transfer to the terminal in a smart people carrier. Due to missing a connecting flight I rang I Love Park and Ride to say I wouldn’t be back at the due arrival time and hoped to collect my car the following day. I was reassured that that was fine and not to worry which put my mind at rest. I would use again."

"An excellent and easy to find service. The staff were friendly and very hospitable, and I only had to wait a few minutes for the transport to pick me up after making the call to the office...Superb and will be using this service again without doubt"
