"My family had originally booked for 4am drop off, travelling with our toddler under 2 years, i didnt want to be waiting. I called 20 minutes before we were due to arrive. Booking was down for 3:45am. I called at 3:25 saying we were 20 minutes out. I was advised someone would be there waiting. When I arrived, no sign of the people. I spoke to someone who looked to be Meet and Greet service but was a different company. Called 5 mins after arriving to see where they were and told they're held up at another terminal but on their way now. Same happened twice more. Then called again and another guy answered, saying I'd not called before. Advised it was shift handover so was misinformed. On collecting my car, again we followed instructions and again made to wait well over 10 mins for the car to arrival. Very poor"

"Quick, efficient, helpful staff, who answered the phone when contacted and brought and took the car at the times specified and were able to still function at that standard when our plane was delayed. Will use again."

"The drop off went smoothly however pick up was not so great. We were told the car would be with us in 5-10 minutes. After 20 mins we called and were told it would be another 5. When the car did not show I called again and was rudely told not to keep chasing them and had the phone put down on me. The driver was very apologetic for the delay but the experience with their call handler left a bad taste "
