"The parking staff were very efficient and helpful, I requested that our car was picked up at our hotel, Manchester Airport Premier Inn, this was no problem, the guys arrived in good time, were friendly and very professional. Similarly when we picked the car up, I explained over the phone that the car was picked up at the hotel, the person on the phone explained exactly where we were to go to pick our car up, we waited no more than 10 minutes, the operator who dropped the car was very helpful as I asked him about the weather and conditions for our route home, i.e. M62 over Saddleworth Moor. An all round excellent service, would definitely book again with PPS."

Only small issue was the quieing system on the ramp up into the T1 car park at Manchester that had 2 lanes one marked for drop off that then forced you into the other car park only lane which caused loads of aggro and unnecessary queuing. Not your problem I know but someone should sort it out!"
