"Great service. Was greeted by a staff member at 2am who explained the process and advised me to take a pic of my receipt. Problem was, I'd forgotten by the time we got home. There was no info in terminal 2 about where to collect, lucking a member of airport staff pointed us towards the bus back to car park. Car was located easily and found as left"

"Due to very bad weather rang to ask if we could arrive earlier the call handler said it would be ok but said the agreed time was early enough however in the Midlands we had such appalling snow we felt it wise to set off much earlier than planned. Other than that great experience. "
