"Disappointed!!! When the driver bring back my car it was smelling strong 'cluch' was "killed", and had more than 3-4 miles away from the airport parked.... It had about 40miles more from the miles that I left the car on my departure.... I don't trust anymore 'meet and greet ' staff !!! "

"Service is good but the drop off point is a long way from where it used to be and car park is a mess to wheel your case to the terminal."

"Service was fine - did not have to wait long for car on return. Only thing I would say is that it is quite a long walk to the area where you have to drop off & pick up the car. It was the far end of the car park. Not sure if this is due to the current alterations on going at the airport. "

"The staff over the phone are what caused me to give this feedback. While the instructions sent to me were clear, I still like tobe able to speak with someone. In leaving and picking up my car the calm, helpful, and clear person I spoke with reiterated the great service I recieved from the guys on the ground. Thanks"

"On arrival staff could not find my details. Then sent me to other company thinking I wasn't registered with them . Finally I came back and they took my details all over again...I therefore waited over 45mins before going into airport Felt very stressed as had a flight to catch!"

"When we arrived, although having had a confirmation email, the staff were not expecting us. When we returned there had also been a problem and our car was not at the terminal. We waited for a while & was then sent back inside as it was so cold as the car had not even left the car park. That said the staff on site were very apologetic and friendly, offering to pay for coffee. Fortunately we were not in any particular rush. "

"Exit process very lengthy given we called in advance to say we had arrived etc. Standing out in wind and rain late at night with no shelter is not the way forward "

"A great service. So easy and a seem less handover. Travel can be stressful but this just took all the anxiety out of parking and transit times to departure gate as its all on site and cheeper than the long stay options. Thank you all for your service. Annie B"
