The staff did not know the name of the driver who brought our car back from the parking location. So far no reply to my Wife's phone call last night from your official 0n 07415 247 247. The driver left the gear engaged and when the second attendant started the engine to read mileage, the car moved forward trapping my wife's head between the open front passenger door and the frame of the vehicle. Your drivers need basic training in safety issues and your office personnel in complaint management"

"Parking was with Swift Airport Parking. On arrival at Luton at 4.00 a.m. we found them easily and handover was easy. On return yesterday we phoned when we had collected our luggage. We made our way out to Bay 11 as instructed (same place we had left the car so easy to find) and as we got there our car was driven up. Perfect timing. The staff on the phone and at the pick up area were all very pleasant and polite. We would definitely use them again."
