"poorly sighted check in, no way to I.D staff, left hanging around at bay 11, asked a lot of staff no one knew check in man who was sitting by a brolly. he was off handed when suggested that if he had a sign on desk of hi vis with name on would help. On return again staff off handed, called up told 15-20 mins, but at least 40 mins due to event in Luton this information could have been given when I called up, car park a real mess, not impressed would not use again"
