"The parking drop off and collection process was chaos! The drop off area was not clear signposted and we had to scale the carpark looking for a member of staff to find out if we were in the right place, over the phone we were told to head to bay 11, there was no bay 11, there were no clearly marked bays at all we headed for area 11 and hunted for someone to leave the car with. we found a man standing with a big plastic box of documents. Not a professional service at all and would not use again."
