"Second time we've used this service, first time was flawless, second time was horrendous. The drop off was fine, turned up at Luton, gave them the keys, got the return slip, went on holiday. On return, the number on the card just rang and rang before going to a message where you couldn't leave voicemail. Finally got through on a different number and was told that because of heavy traffic, there would be a half hour wait for our car. When we arrived at the car park, it was to find about 40 other people also waiting for their cars. Luckily it was a dry night, so we waited in the cold for over an hour and a quarter before our car finally arrived. I must commend the young man who was manning the desk, he was friendly and pleasant despite getting some awful abuse from the other passengers - he deserved a medal! So, if we had booked in to long stay parking, we'd have paid less and been home an hour earlier, even taking in to account the bus trip to the car park. Guess what we're doing next time?"
