"It was terrible, upon arrival nowhere to park in bay 11. Upon my return I had to wait 12 minutes in the car park for my car to arrive and then the driver parked it in a disabled space, then I got shouted at by someone more needy causing me embarrassment. Service should be renamed - Call, Wait Around and Collect from inappropriately parking bay! and why was I charged £5 exit fee when it states £3 on the documentation - recommendation should be for this to be included in the initial quotation. I use Meet & Greet a couple times a month and I am yet to find a solution for London Luton."
