"On arrival we have called 15 minutes before. There was some misunderstanding in between person on the phone and person at the pick uk point. When we arrived we have called number on the card but no one was picking up. I tried different number and I was told that there is a traffic so I will be waiting more than usual. I would like to mention: - please sort out that £4 extra charge which I have to pay CASH at the collection - please make a luggage trolley awailable at the pick up point. - also please make a reminder SMS (text message) one day before with phone number which to call on the day of pick up.
