"Great in all respects but please change the sign to read what you're actually called. Spent 20 minutes driving up and down looking for Simply Park and Ride. Apparently it happens a lot, an easy fix!!"

"The overall experience was good but the actual car park is really difficult to find. The postcode given did not take us there and there are no visible signs indicating the car park. Drop off and pick up at the airport was efficient and friendly."

"Great service on arrival. Pick up less so. A promise to phone back in 10 minutes when bus set off to pick us up never materialized. Told us to go to pick up O, bus was at A after a 40 minute wait."

"Arrived after missing entrance after following postcode on satnav, very efficient and friendly staff and didn't need to wait long for shuttle bus which only takes 5 mins to airport, on return rang and told would be picked up in 10 mins but more like 20mins, when back at depot staff were again very good and we checked car and were away in 5 mins, would use again and could recommend to anybody wanting cheap airport parking."
