"Contacted the team prior to my flight taking off on my return to luton. I was informed my car would be waiting on me which was not the case. I recontacted again once I got to luton only to have no answer on 3 occasions before eventually someone answered. I was told they would be over in 10 minutes which turned out to be nearly 35 minutes I was not impressed "

"Very straightforward process. Car collected very quickly and only a short walk to the terminal. One suggestion would be to incorporate the £7 charge into your billing fee so when the car is collected, the client can leave straight away without having to go to the ticket station. If that was possible it would be 5 stars. "

"On exit we were late because my phone battery died and I never had phone number to call when i landed. The man was very argumentative and rude. I asked for apology and he refused. I was shaking and very scared. I was with my 10 year old nephew and he witnessed the whole argument. "
