"Not a real meet and greet service. We had to wait 10 minutes to hand the vehicle over on arrival. Then on return journey needed to wait another 15 minutes for the vehicle to come back to us. I made the telephone calls at the advised notice times. Drop of point to far from the terminal!!!! I could have simply left the vehicle in the short stay, which is what I suspect what happened anyway. Ther being only one mile shown on the mileage."

"Arrival was perfect even though Luton is a mess and we where a bit early a quick phone call and clear instructions given. 10 out of 10. Returns was not so slick and although we arrived on time Luton was a mess with a lot of flights arriving at the same time due to air traffic controller strike in Greece. This is where the system could be better I called several times over 15 minutes to numbers that never answered, even a recording would of been helpful. To be be fair i did get a call back and my car was at the car park 20 mins later but that meant the meet & greet service from me clearing the airport was 40 mins so not as slick. I would use again but not until the building work at Luton is complete the airport is a nightmare. Andrew M Bull"

"ON ARRIVAL AT LUTON GREETER WAS VERY RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, SHOUTING AT ME. AIRPORT WAS UNFAMILIAR AS OUT OF TOWN. WHEN SPEAKING TO GREETER ON PHONE TO CLARIFY DIRECTIONS THIS WAS WHEN HE DISPLAYED THE ABOVE. I WAS A LADY TRAVELLING WITH 2 CHILDREN AND FOUND HIS MANNER VERY UNSETTLING. NOT ACCEPTABLE TO BE TREATED IN THIS WAY. ON RETURNING FROM HOLIDAY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT GREETER TO ARRANGE COLLECTION OF CAR. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS NOT A GOOD ONE AND FOR THIS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"

So the staff is very helpful and trust worthy, also they been very promnt with collection and taking the car back on short stay term car park. Highly recommended for an easy and stress-free journey. "A very efficient and courteous service. In particular I found it to be great value - certainly much cheaper than the usual airport charges. Car was dropped off at 4am and even at that time the staff were excellent. I'll be using the service again. "

"Express Meet & Greet were great. Luton Airport, however, is complete chaos! Luton is a total construction site, so it took us an additional 20-30 minutes to enter into the airporyt and arrive at the short stay car park. However, once we arrived, Express Meet & Greet was waiting for us. On the return, we had to call once we had our luggage and once again, it took Meet & greet the same 20-30 minutes to get to us. Not the services fault. It is Luton's nightmare construction site! But on the whole is tye best parking option"

"Helpful staff, eager to make adjustments at pick-up time due to flight delay, no waiting for drop-off and pick-up while other meet and greet companies had 5-6 people waiting in the parking (Luton was a total mess that day). I would use it again with no doubts, if price matches the cheapest. "

"Great service. We were met at the gate and waved to the correct area despite being delayed by the mad traffic getting in through the building work. Car arrived as we did on our return and away we drove. No problems. The price INCLUDES the crazy access charge which the airport slap on anyone who visits, make sure you know whether any other providers price includes this if you are looking at alternatives"
