Reviews - Express Airport Service - Luton Airport

"The arrival process was simple and efficient as a driver was waiting. However, when I returned it took more than 30 minutes for the car to arrive (despite being told 10-15 minutes on the phone). It was at night and extremely cold (minus 3 degrees) waiting in the multi storey car park. There were no Express meet and greet staff there to provide any information and all the other meet and greet companies appeared to have the cars waiting for their owners. When the driver did arrive he was very apologetic but I was completely frozen by this point. My flight was on time and I had provided the flight details. I had no luggage to collect and rang to agree pick up as soon as I got in the terminal building. I had already booked this service for another flight next week (21-28th March, booking ref SPF-YLQQ2Y) so am hoping for better service the second time around. "
