"All good with drop off. Took two attempts to reach them on the phone when I was half hour away from the terminal, but they rang me back quite quickly. Pick up was also fine - didn't have to wait long at all for my car - except that I was handed my keys plus the ticket to get out of the car park but when I got down to the barrier, the parking had not been paid for so I had to pay for it myself. The guy who gave me my keys realised his mistake and he did run down to the barrier hoping to catch me before I paid, but it was too late. Apart from it costing me extra, I was pleased with the service. "

"Great service overall. I had to call up on the day to bring drop off time forward by 8h. This caused some confusion but in the end everything went smoothly with pickup and drop off and only waited 10min to get the car back. Good value for moment and will use again in the future. "

"There were leaves in the wiper area of the car and some marks from a rear door rubbing on the rear side so not sure the 'secure parking' statement. Have used several times without issue before so this could be a one off"
