"The drop off was extremely easy and quick. The staff were really friendly. I liked that an air freshener was put in the car for our return. I think the service is good value for money and the car was in the same state we dropped it off in. The only thing I would say was an issue was the return process as we rang upon landing and rang again once we collected our baggage as requested but when we got to the car park it was still a 30 minute wait for our car to be returned. After 24 hours of travelling we were so tired and did not appreciate such a long wait when other companies we have used had the car ready to collect when we arrived. The staff were very friendly though. "
